As a Key Advertiser Account Manager, you’ll own the relationships that matter most, and shape how we grow them.

Your mission will be:

• Help to onboard, integrate and set live new Advertisers.
• Improve Tappx’s market position in the app promotion industry.
• Help to grow advertisers’ business and investment within Tappx alongside their satisfaction towards Tappx performance services.
• Sustainable growth of the performance and user acquisitions campaigns within Tappx network and advertiser side.

And you will have the following responsibilities:

Sales and Relationship building

• Demonstrate a consultative approach to understand our client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
• Analyze data and take decisions to optimize towards the Advertiser UA goals and KPIs.
• You are the owner of a portfolio of Advertisers and your goal is to help them grow and to meet the goals set by your team leader.
• You will align the activities with your Advertisers monthly and liaise with finance to raise invoices accordingly.
• Work internally with the technical team and other departments to optimize performance results and identify new tools to adopt and adapt ourselves to the market trends.
• Occasional national and international travel (client meetings, trade fairs and other industry-related events)

AM Strategy

• Represent Tappx within the Publisher community.
• Gather feedback from the publisher’s team on possible improvements or new features and transmit them to your advertisers.
• Demonstrate curiosity to learn and keep yourself updated, to become an expert in your field.
• Be the bridge between the clients and Tappx stakeholders. Supply, Finance, Operations, Tech. Defend advertisers interests and goals but also thinking of Tappx goals and mission.
• Increase investment and budget range of our advertisers offering new solutions and products, cross selling and up selling, opening up new geos, starting new apps and offering creative production.
• Analyze the performance of advertiser’s campaigns suggesting optimizations, providing meaningful insights and feedback. Realize post sales presentations and performance reports to retain the advertisers.

We are looking for if you have:

• 2+ years’ experience working for an app developer, advertiser or AdTech related company.
• Results driven, proactive and most of all you have a can-do attitude.
• Experience doing media buys with performance-based goals.
• Experience with data analysis tools and ideally at using AI to improve daily operations efficiency.

Knowledge:

• Great negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.
• You know what CPM, CPC, CPI and CPE stand for, and can provide relevant reporting insights.
• Understanding of attribution models (VTA vs. CTA, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, engaged-view) and how they affect advertiser trust and reporting.
• Awareness of how DSPs, SSPs and bidders interact, and how buying on CPM while selling on CPA shifts performance risk onto the agency side.
• You’re not an engineer, but you know what API, SDK, and MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) stand for.
